Home made couscous

Ingredients for 6 :

200g of organic chicken in pieces

Olive oil 3 tablespoon

Tomatoes canned (400g)

Paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger : At your taste


2 stocks cubes

@ tomatoes

10 Turnips

5 carrots

2 courgettes

200g chick peas

500g Couscous semolina

1/ Peel Carrots turnips courgettes and tomatoes and cut them in dices

2/ in a Pressure cooker add olive oil and chicken to cook few minutes

3/ Add 1 litre of water with stock cubes and carrots turnips and tomatoes, cook for around 30 minutes.

4/ Add the courgettes and chick peas, cook for 10 minutes

5/ Serve with couscous semolina.
