Lentils with carrots


200g of lentils

2 carrots

1 onion

1 slice of bacon (40g)

3 cups of water

1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon coriander minced

1 tablespoon parsley minced

pepper salt

Peel and minced the onion and cut the carrots and the bacon in slices.

Put them all in a pan with olive oil, parsley and coriander, pepper and salt

Peel the garlic gloves and add them.

Leave it for 1 or 2 minutes then add the lentils and the water and cook for 30 min.

It's cooked!!!
